Embodied Connection Group

A 5-week online program for those looking to embrace vulnerability, reclaim authenticity and learn somatic-based skills to increase safety and connection with yourself and others.  

Each week will focus on practices to support resilience and health in the nervous system while creating meaningful relationships using the tools of somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and authentic relating.  Group size is limited to six participants, and we will meet once per week for 90 minutes.


Together, we will:

  • Create a safe space - supported by clear boundaries and agreements.

  • Explore patterns & programming around the connection.

  • Improve listening & empathy skills. 

  • Release self-judgment & shame. 

  • Embrace vulnerability to allow for more intimacy & connection. 

  • Decrease isolation and experience more belonging.

  • Learn nervous system restoration and reset practices.

  • Work with mirror neurons and co-regulation to recruit resilience and resourcing.


Embodied Connection Group Offerings:

  • Embodied Connection Group - Everyone welcome!

  • Women’s Group - For humans who identify as women looking to experience the magic that happens when women come together to share, learn, and encourage one another in the context of an Embodied Connection Group.  

  • TRE Group - For those with previous TRE experience looking to deepen their personal TRE practice in the context of an Embodied Connection Group. 


Embodied Grief Group

A 6-week online program for those looking to connect with others around the practice of grief. During this program, we will be invited to honor our losses and grief and remember that “where there is sorrow, there is holy ground.” 

Each week will be dedicated to exploring a different theme connected to grief through dialogue, authentic relating, movement, art, and other somatic embodiment practices. Group size is limited to six participants, and we will meet once per week for 90-minutes.

Together, we will:

  • Create a safe space - supported by clear boundaries and agreements.

  • Explore grief as a tool for individual and community healing and transformation.

  • Use tools from Internal Family Systems and Somatic Experiencing to welcome all our parts and emotions.

  • Deepen our trust in our emotional and bodily wisdom.

  • Bring grief out of the shadows of shame into the healing embrace of community.

  • Attend to our grief in connection with others and bring compassion to our suffering.

  • Connect with internal resources for self-regulation.
